It was another great weekend for the stable with three runners saluting across metropolitan and provincial tracks and another handful of solid placings. At Canterbury, the third time proved a charm for FABRICATOR, saluting over 1900m in the Sutton City Kia Handicap. The gelding by BERNARDINI dug in when challenged by runner up MAKDANIFE, nabbing the win after two previous close second placings at the track and distance. It was a great ride from apprentice Chris Williams, who continued a winning association with the 5yo having previously steered him to victory at Nowra. Meanwhile, the ever consistent GRIMOIRE backed up from last week, to go one better in the Kia Canterbury Sprint Series Final, running second to TONSOR.

Saturday proved busy for the team with eight runners lining up between Rosehill and Gosford, highlighted by a determined victory by WHITE MOSS in the Group 2 Millie Fox Stakes. At Gosford the stable took the quinella in the Metro and Provincial Maiden Handicap over 1200m. It was a good performance from both the winner ADONIS VICTORIOUS and runner up CAPPAMORE, both first up on the heavy track. The winner, by SO YOU THINK, showed nice improvement in his second race start, given clear running by jockey Blake Spriggs and allowed to wind up from the turn to make use of the short Gosford straight. Second placed CAPPAMORE found traffic coming home however showed a great turn of foot once clear and looks set for a nice preparation.

At Rosehill, SPIRITUAL PURSUIT continued a string of good runs, but found one better in the Spark of Life Handicap over 1100m running second to BALLER. The Hobartville provided a class field once again, and while RANCHO NOTORIOUS tried hard he was unable to match the running of Golden Rose and Caulfield Guineas winner THE AUTUMN SUN, finishing fifth by 7.0 lengths. The Millie Fox saw WHITE MOSS return victorious, and it was also a solid first up run for INSENSATA who finished 4.1 lengths off the winner.
